Meet the 2024 Summer Company
DANCERS
Amelie Mah
Amelie Mah is a dance artist and creator from Edmonton, Alberta. She has trained extensively in multiple disciplines including ballet, contemporary, and jazz since falling in love with dance from a young age. Currently studying dance at Toronto Metropolitan University (Class of 2025), Amelie has had the privilege to work with many choreographers including Fran Chudnoff, David Norsworthy, and Esie Mensah. In her practice, Amelie is interested in how various artistic practices can interact to tell stories. Amelie is excited to be working with so many talented artists in the summer company!
Bri Clarke
Bri has dreamed of combining her passion for outdoor activities and performance. She is thrilled to be a part of the Summer Company in the magical Art Shelter! Bri is a performer, producer, movement teacher, choreographer, and dramaturg, based in Tkarón:to/Toronto. Her practice is centered around how physical, musical, and textual narratives shape characters in space. She has furthered her training in Europe, USA, and across Canada, in addition to gaining a BFA from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2020. She continues to be a freelance artist for multiple dance and theatre collectives. Last summer, she associate produced and performed in the sold-out run of “Dinner is Served”, an immersive dance-theatre experience, choreographed by Kristen Carcone and presented by TOES FOR DANCE. She is also the Artistic Associate for Near & Far Projects. Other credits include: Transcen|Dance Project, The Dinner Detective, Theatre Gargantua, The Performing Arts Project, Dance Arts Institute, The Bentway, and Rutherford Movement Exchange. She is on the faculty at The Fifth Dance. Her passion project is hosting “(Art)versations Podcast”, wherein other artists speak about their creative endeavours. Clara Isgro
Clara Isgro is a dancer, performer, choreographer, and artist based in Toronto, Ontario. Her most notable places of training include For The Love Of It School of Dance, Etobicoke School of the Arts, and The Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) where she has trained in multiple styles including ballet, contemporary, Cuban contemporary, acro, modern dance, contemporary ballet, concert jazz, vernacular jazz, pointe, street styles, and hip hop. Clara is an assistant teacher and choreographer at For The Love Of It School of Dance where she co-teaches multiple classes of varying styles and choreographs contemporary pieces. Clara is currently exploring the art of dance theatre and clowning. She has recently worked with the dance theatre companies Rock Bottom Movement and Frog In Hand Productions where she discovered her newfound passion for storytelling through movement and theatre. Her most recent performances were featured in a self-produced class show titled “An Ending; A Beginning”, also featuring three of her own original works. Throughout her training as a dancer she has also had the opportunity to work with a large variety of well-known professional choreographers, most notably Jesse Obremski, Stephanie Lake, Hanna Kiel, Daile Carrazana, Louis Laberge-Cote, Ryan Lee, Alyssa Martin, Colleen Snell, Bonnie Kim, Kelly Shaw, and Jeff Dimitrou. She has also collaborated in many virtual/film performances as well as creating her own dance films in the past few years. Clara holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Performance Dance.
Daijahmar Mason-Adams
Daijahmar Mason is a Mississauga/Brampton based Choreographer, Teacher, and Dancer with over 15 years of experience dedicated to training and learning a plethora of dance styles. Throughout his journey in dance, he set to further his training at prominent places such as Deborah Thomson School of Dance, Iona Catholic Secondary School, and Canadian Dance Company. Upon finishing his dance training in 2019 at Canadian Dance Company, Daijahmar set to further his passion for dance alongside obtaining a bachelor's of kinesiology at Brock University by joining the Brock University Dance Team as a dancer and choreographer. By June 2023, Daijahmar had graduated from Brock University, but was still largely invested with the dance team. Today, he is still a main choreographer for the dance team.
Most Recently, Daijahmar was accepted onto the raptors 905 dance team, and just completed his 1st dance season with the team. He is now training alongside a number of talented Dancers/Choreographers participating in the Frog in Hand Summer Program to advance his understanding and knowledge in contemporary dance. After completing the summer program, Daijahmar will be teaching & providing his knowledge to the next generation of dancers at the next gen dance intensive. Instagram: @Daija.mason
Derek Souvannavong
Dora-nominated artist, Derek Souvannavong is a dance artist based in Tkaronto (Toronto). Souvannavong is a 2022 graduate of the Bachelor of Fine Arts Honours Dance Program at York University, where his achievements in choreography and performance were recognized with the Spedding Memorial Scholarship and the Menaka Thakkar Award in World Dance. He has recently premiered solo work - this identity: woven at Dance:Made in Canada/Fait au Canada, co-created in collaboration with Peggy Baker. Souvannavong has performed in various works by Ballet Creole, dreamwalkerdance, Rock Bottom Movement, Frog in Hand, Rumi Jeraj as well as worked with artists Tracey Norman, Angela Blumberg, Emily Cheung and Laurence Lemieux. He is a former company member of Free Flow Dance Theatre where he has performed in productions by Danny Grossman, Edward Kastrau, Terrill Maguire, and Newton Moraes. Being of Lao heritage, Souvannavong is also intrigued by traditional Lao dance forms and wishes to continue exploring relations between Lao dance forms and the western diaspora of contemporary dance, weaving together his Lao heritage into his work. He is so warmed and excited to be a part of this year’s 2024 Summer Company, and looks forward to sharing moments with others together under the sun.
Griffyn Crespeigne
From London, Ontario, Griffyn is a curiously strange human of the earth and emerging artist with a burning flame for performance art. Griffyn began their early professional training in 2019 at Arts Umbrella in Vancouver under the direction of Artemis Gordon. Since then, they have been fortunate to work with spectacular artists such as Yvan Dubreuil, Crystal Pite, Fernando Hernando Magadan, Aszure Barton, Olivia Ancona, Yi-Chun Liu, and Johannes Wieland among others. They have had the opportunity to perform repertoire by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Sharon Eyal, and Marco Goecke. In 2022, Griffyn was a part of the Young Choreographer Mentorship Showcase led by Crystal Pite, deepening their desire to choreograph. Recently, Griffyn has had the pleasure to continue exploring storytelling, and emotional availability with the Frog In Hand Summer Company under the direction of gifted Colleen Snell and Andrew Gaboury. It has been nothing short of an absolute joy sinking into the present with like minded artists.
Skye Rogers
Skye Rogers (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Hamilton. With roots in dance, theatre, and music, her creative practice is dearly devoted to cultivating connection and community. She is a graduate of the Randolph College for the Performing Arts (Triple Threat Diploma, 2019) and Brock University (Studies in Arts and Culture Certificate, 2022). Skye’s style is collage-like; informed by the shapes and spaces of her surroundings, and the rhythm and grooves of her deep musical pulse. She has developed her craft and created several new collaborative works through a handful of artist residencies, including Expect Theatre’s Beats + Intentions 2020, Suitcase in Point’s Nest Artist Residency 2022, and Musical Stage Co.’s RBC Apprenticeship 2023/ 2024. Her practice circulates performance, choreography, writing, installation, and production. Skye’s current fascination is in fostering arts experiences that inspire creativity in her community, facilitating a variety of public workshops and community-engaged creative processes. She is so thrilled to get to work with Frog in Hand this Summer, and loves getting to work outside with so many talented clowns!
Jeffrey Lapira
Jeffrey Lapira was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario. He is a graduate of Cawthra Park Secondary School's Regional Arts Program, which connected him to furthering his dance training and professional experience with Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre (CCDT) during his high school years. Jeffrey spent two seasons in the company at CCDT, where he had the pleasure of performing the works of renowned choreographers including Jera Wolfe, Jennifer Archibald, and Hanna Kiel, among others. He is currently studying at Toronto Metropolitan University in the Dance BFA Program (Class of 2024), where he has enjoyed being part of new creations by Hanna Kiel and Valerie Calam.
Vincent Enorme
Vincent Enorme (he/they) is a dancer, choreographer, artist, and a performer brimming with curiosity. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, he is fortunate to be exposed to a diverse city of creatives. From Rosedale Heights School of the Arts graduating class of 2022, he discovered his love for the immersive world of dance. With the dance company, they have had the privilege to work with notable choreographers such as Ryan Lee, Hanna Kiel, and Sharon Moore. They continued their studies in George Brown’s Performance Preparation program, furthering their studies in ballet, jazz, flying low, axis syllabus, modern, and hip hop. This has exposed him deeper into the dance community allowing him to work with choreographer Irma Villafuerte, and various emerging alumni of the program. Vincent is thrilled to be working with the Frog in Hand summer company this season. It’s inspiring to tell a story with such a wonderful group of humans. @stfvincnt
Taylor Bojanowski
Taylor Bojanowski is a dancer, choreographer and teacher from Toronto, Ontario. In 2017 she graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University Performance Dance Program, where she studied under the direction of Vicki St.Denys. Taylor was the 2017 recipient of the “Theatre Dance Program” award at TMU. Initially, she dedicated herself to classical ballet, but soon discovered her passion for contemporary dance. Throughout her professional training she has had the pleasure of working with many prominent instructors such as Vicki St. Denys, Tanya Evidente, Karen Duplisea, Kenny Pearl, Louis Louberge-Coté. Taylor also had the privilege of working with choreographers including James Kudelka, Peggy Baker, David Earl, Roberto Campanella, Robert Glumbeck, William Yong and Kevin O’Day.
Taylor was the understudy for ProArteDanza 2016/17 season and worked along side the company, in 2017, she was the recipient of the apprentice contract with the company. Taylor rehearsed and preformed in ProArteDanza piece titled “Op-Sha” created and choreographed by Kevin O’Day. Taylor has been a company member with ProArteDanza since 2018 and is working on their upcoming season with the company.
While Taylor focus’ on her performance career, she has found her love for teaching. She is an award winning choreographer and teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience who is always looking forward to working with dedicated and passionate dancers. Her goal is to create a positive and open environment to help young people feel confident while discovering who they are as an artist.

Jada Wallace
Jada Wallace (She/Her) is a Caribbean-Canadian; residing in Mississauga, Ontario and working in the GTA. She is a dedicated multimedia artist, film enthusiast and creative! Entering her final year of studying Media and Communications at the University of Guelph-Humber, she has a strong foundation in photography, videography, and editing. Her journey in the world of visual storytelling has guided her interests in social media content creation and art therapy practices. Jada’s position as a production assistant and stage production hand is the building block to a successful career in film direction. Instagram: @babyyjada27
Sage Tucker
Sage Tucker (She/They) was born in Mississauga and currently lives in Bowmanville while working in the GTA. She is a versatile costume designer, artist, and performer with a lifelong passion for theatre and dance. They are currently attending Toronto Metropolitan University, where they will graduate with a degree in Fashion in 2024. Her love of the performing arts is evident in their recent work as the Assistant Head of Wardrobe for "Catch Me If You Can" with TMTC at the Harbourfront Theatre. This summer, she is thrilled to join Frog in Hand, bringing her creativity and passion to the amazing company. Her dynamic background in design and performance continues to fuel her enthusiasm for innovative and captivating storytelling through costume and stagecraft, that highlights joy and love in performance.
